| 2. | MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT TERM AND CONDITION |

| 2.1.1. | Member that at intention is member for premium service Silver, Gold, Platinum or another type of premium member. |
| 2.1.2. | Full membership payment shall be done before we give to service premium member and including prolongation of service member. |
| 2.1.3. | Billing payment will be continue until You decide to stop membership, member deserves to decide to stop anytime and member is responsible to inform us in written through e-mail at webmaster@sentrainfo.com. |
| 2.1.4. | All announcement about the membership due date will be send over e-mail or through direct telephone. No bill or invoice will be sent by letter or fax. If after membership due date and You have not accepted known e-mail about membership due date, please contact us soon for it and we are not responsible in control of payment delay if You have not accepted known e-mail about membership due date. |
| 2.1.5. | After the due date and until time term that is given and payment was not done or not been confirmed to SENTRAinfo.com therefore SENTRAinfo.com don't responsible in control of member data and we will discontinue member service without prior notice. |

| 2.2. | Membership Termination |
| 2.2.1. | SENTRAinfo.com never give compensation on membership services termination after due date as it were that affixed on section 2. sentence 2.1.4 and sentences 2.1.5 |
| 2.2.2. | Membership termination as it were that intended in Section 1 sentence 1.3.3 therefore there will be no compensation in any form when membership is dismissed and members are bound with the obligations to settle all the outstanding payments. |
| 2.2.3. | SENTRAinfo.com will considered to give compensation return that worthy as its appropriate with SENTRAinfo.com's policy on invalidation if is not because member fault. |
| 2.2.4. | SENTRAinfo.com never give return in shaped of money on any transactions that already being done. |

| 2.3.1. | Affix or facility cut back services can be done by SENTRAinfo.com anytime without prior notice straightforward to member, but will be announced at SENTRAinfo.com. |
| 2.3.2. | Changing in service facility will be apply to member after membership due date on the next period. |
| 2.3.3. | Changing in membership services facility by request of member can be done before membership due date strictly for greater service facility from its previous service. |

| 3.1.3. | SENTRAinfo.com is freed from member charge on its disadvantaged happening that evoked from the effect of spam to member side. |
